 The 2010 HSCS Show and Sale will include free workshops on potting and plant care. Designed primarily to assist new cactus and succulent owners, several workshops will be offered during the event. HSCS will provide basic tools and materials, but attendance is limited.
HSCS Education Director Pam Schnebelen and other club members will lead the workshops in the Orthwein Floral Display Hall, where the Show and Sale is held. They will provide the public not only an introduction to cacti and succulents, but also a preview of the plant knowledge and advice that is shared among members during the HSCS meetings held monthly at Missouri Botanical Garden.
